- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Ensure the bar area is always clean, hygienic, and well-presented.
- Comply with licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Restock fridges, spirits, and garnishes to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Monitor quality and freshness of ingredients used at the bar.
- Assist in the development or promotion of seasonal or signature drinks.
Profit
- Upsell premium products, drink specials, and hotel promotions where appropriate.
- Accurately process payments and operate the till system.
- Track bar inventory and alert management to low stock or losses.
- Avoid waste by managing pours and following best practice.
- Contribute to cost-effective use of products and supplies.
- Maximise guest spend through friendly and professional engagement.
- Support revenue goals by creating a fun and inviting bar atmosphere.
Responsible Business
- Adhere to all licensing laws and responsible alcohol service procedures.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures behind the bar.
- Promote environmentally friendly practices such as waste reduction and recycling.
- Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns promptly.

- Treat all guests and team members fairly and respectfully.

- Complete all E-learning and mandatory training within required timeframes.
