You will lead Brightstar’s revenue management strategy across our growing portfolio of hotels. This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for driving commercial performance, shaping pricing and distribution strategies, and embedding a strong revenue culture across the business. This is an ideal opportunity for a data-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic, multi-property environment. You will be instrumental in embedding a revenue-focused culture across the estate, ensuring that each property is equipped to achieve its financial objectives. You will lead and develop a team of revenue specialists while personally managing revenue strategies for a number of hotels. Working closely with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership, you will ensure that every property is positioned to maximise demand, rate, and profitability.
Objectives of this role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue management strategy across Brightstar’s hotel portfolio.
- Lead and mentor a team of revenue specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and commercial excellence.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, General Managers and Operations teams to align strategies with business goals.
- Analyse market trends and performance data to inform pricing and distribution decisions.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in revenue management across all properties.
Key Responsibilities
People
- Lead, manage, and develop the revenue management team, setting clear expectations and supporting progression.
- Work closely with General Managers and hotel leadership teams to ensure revenue strategies are understood and delivered.
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior leadership, translating data into clear, practical actions.
- Promote a revenue-focused mindset across the business through coaching, collaboration, and communication.
- Represent Brightstar’s values by being approachable, supportive, and commercially minded.
Quality
- Develop and implement pricing, forecasting, and inventory strategies across the hotel portfolio.
- Personally manage revenue strategies for a portfolio of assigned hotels on a day-to-day basis.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and pace against budget and forecast.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to inform pricing and positioning decisions.
- Ensure forecasting and budgeting processes are accurate, consistent, and data-led.
- Drive continuous improvement in revenue systems, tools, and reporting.
Profit
- Optimise distribution channels including direct, OTA, and GDS to maximise revenue and contribution.
- Ensure rate parity and effective management of third-party partners.
- Identify and implement opportunities to grow total revenue, including rooms, F&B, and ancillary spend.
- Produce clear, insightful performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Support senior leadership with commercial insight to inform strategic decision-making.
Responsible business
- Ensure revenue and distribution activity aligns with Brightstar policies and commercial governance.
- Promote ethical and transparent pricing and distribution practices.
- Maintain accurate reporting and data integrity across all systems.
- Build strong, professional relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Complete all mandatory training and support team compliance with learning requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in hotel management, with expertise in Sales, Operations and Food & Beverage.
- Demonstrated ability to drive F&B concepts and revenue.
- Strong operational focus and a hands-on approach.
- Commercial and financial acumen, including P&L management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PMS, and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience in a similar role with a significant background in both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage.
- Strong operational focus with a hands-on approach.
- Previous experience in being responsible for and driving food and beverage sales and service, developing, and implementing concepts and products.
- Experience working in a medium sized boutique independent establishment operating at high occupancy.
- Due to the nature of the business the role requires flexibility of working evenings, weekends & bank holidays, and attend various meetings organised by the Management Company, in any UK location.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent IT Skills (Microsoft Office, PMS and POS systems essential).
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels.

- Familiarity with Brightstar’s specific markets and customer segments.
- Advanced proficiency in revenue management software and analytics tools.
