Senior E-Commerce Manager - Amazon EU - Responsibilities: Manage relationship with Amazon at a Pan EU level and create strategies to driving consumer consumption and establish best practices for product selection, marketing & media activation & promotional investment.
Work closely with account managers of existing eCommerce strategic partners to build business plans that will e-commerce sales growth, focusing on product availability, pricing and shopper marketing
Provide coaching, leadership and mentoring to team members
Deliver 3 and 5 year strategic plans
Develop an understanding of the eCommerce maturity, capabilities and opportunity within the region
Work closely with cross functional teams including sales, trade marketing and channel teams to identify e-commerce opportunities.
Identify and develop plans for new pureplay and multichannel eCommerce accounts.
Identify opportunities to improve product presence on partner websites including product detail page improvements, images, videos and rich content etc
Establish strong relationships with e-commerce executives and managers at key accounts.
Drive the execution of joint business plans for key eCommerce partners
Analyse channel performance and competitive position and use finding to influence future strategy
Monitor & track performance at a local level on a monthly basis
Evaluate competitive market and customer analytics and integrate future e-commerce strategy.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing and E-Commerce Manager with extensive experience of Amazon, ideally at a Pan EU level. You will ideally have worked in the FMCG, CPG, Manufacturing or brand side sectors. You will have a demonstrable track record of driving change and strategic thinking as well as a high degree of credibility. xiskglj You will have first class commercial, leadership, channel development and stakeholder management skills as well as excellent relationship building skills.
