We’re supporting a global technology and engineering organisation to hire a Commercial Operations & Systems Manager to own Hub Spot and the systems, data and processes supporting its international commercial team.
This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of the platform through implementation and build a scalable commercial operations environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own Hub Spot configuration, administration and ongoing development.
- Embed MEDDPICC into CRM workflows, stage gates, mandatory fields, buying roles and reporting.
- Configure pipelines, properties, workflows, permissions, lifecycle stages, lead routing and scoring.
- Build account hierarchies and parent-child structures, including indirect and distributor-led relationships.
- Support CRM migration, go-live and integration with finance, quoting and customer-service systems.
- Improve data quality, pipeline hygiene, forecasting and commercial reporting.
- Build dashboards covering pipeline, win rates, sales cycles and forecast accuracy.
- Work jointly with Sales and Marketing on shared CRM objects, attribution reporting and campaign-to-deal associations.
- Drive CRM adoption through training, onboarding and user support.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity through AI and automation.
- What we’re looking for
- Strong hands-on Hub Spot administration and configuration experience.
- Practical experience embedding MEDDPICC into a CRM environment.
- Experience with CRM migrations, workflows, integrations and data governance.
- Knowledge of account hierarchies, lifecycle stages, routing and scoring.
- Experience supporting both Sales and Marketing teams.
- Strong commercial reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience within a global, multi-entity or multi-currency organisation would be advantageous.
