We are seeking an experienced Project Controls professional to support the delivery of capital projects. The role focuses on cost control, scheduling, and reporting, providing clear visibility of project performance and supporting informed decision‑making at senior management and board level. The ideal candidate will come from a construction or project delivery background and be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities—Project Controls

  • Set up and manage project cost control and reporting
  • Track project spend against budgets and forecasts
  • Develop and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6 or similar)
  • Monitor progress against programme milestones and key dates
  • Identify and report cost and schedule risks or issues early
  • Support change control by assessing cost and time impacts
  • Prepare clear reports for senior management and board‑level review
  • Work with project managers, contractors, and consultants to validate cost and schedule data

Experience—Project Controls

  • Proven experience in project controls, cost control, or project planning
  • Background in construction, infrastructure, energy, or project delivery
  • Strong experience using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software
  • Experience producing senior management or board‑level reports
  • Good understanding of capital project delivery
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
