You’ll work directly with the CEO, helping build the operating rhythm of the business as it scales.
- What you'll be doing
- Building scalable business processes and operational infrastructure.
- Developing forecasting, reporting and KPI dashboards that enable faster, better decision-making.
- Working across engineering, commercial and operations teams to improve how the business runs.
- Supporting fundraising, investor readiness and strategic planning.
- Using AI, automation and digital tools to create lean, scalable ways of working.
- Supporting major operational projects including facilities, suppliers, procurement and business expansion.
- Helping leadership understand where to invest, accelerate or change direction.
