We are partnering with a fast-growing, infrastructure-backed renewable energy platform with a significant and expanding presence across the UK and Europe. The platform has secured committed capital for near-term acquisitions and is currently progressing multiple late-stage transactions across solar PV and utility-scale BESS.

The Role: As M&A Manager, you will support and lead acquisitions across development-stage, RTB and operational assets, working closely with senior leadership to drive disciplined and strategic capital deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial modelling and valuation of acquisition opportunities (solar PV & BESS)
  • Manage buy-side processes from initial screening through to signing and closing
  • Coordinate full due diligence across technical, legal, tax and commercial streams
  • Support and lead transaction structuring and SPA negotiations, including milestone-based development payments and earn-out structures
  • Prepare and present Investment Committee materials and transaction recommendations
  • Assess merchant vs contracted revenue assumptions, particularly within storage
  • Support portfolio construction, pipeline development and market expansion strategy
  • Build relationships with developers, advisors and intermediaries

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in renewables M&A, infrastructure investment, or advisory
  • Experience executing acquisitions in UK & Europe
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation capability
  • Exposure to storage or merchant revenue modelling advantageous
  • Experience presenting to Investment Committee
