A growing climate tech company is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to drive large-scale engineering projects from planning to deployment. This role involves leading multi-stakeholder projects, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless execution across engineering, R&D, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complex, large technical projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Lead project teams, optimize processes, and manage risks.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of large-scale engineering programs.

About You
- Proven experience in project/program management and procurement in engineering, infrastructure, or climate tech.
- Strong experience in driving performance through metrics.

- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Background in capital projects, sustainability, or industrial deployment is a plus.
