Safety Process Engineer opportunity in a well-funded, leading company within renewable energy. Responsibilities:

  • Conducting risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential hazards, recommending suitable design solutions and risk management.
  • Liaise with licensees, EPCs and end users in the development of interface risks and mitigations as well as overall plant requirements.
  • Identify and classify hazardous areas and oversee adherence to safety standards.
  • Creation, maintenance, and verification of safety cases compliant with all regional regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance on the selection and installation of pressure relief systems to prevent over-pressurization and equipment failure.

Experience Required:

  • Degree in Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in industrial safety engineering, with a focus on safety at an industrial scale.
  • Strong logical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough risk assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
