Key Responsibilities Develop and optimise electrochemical components, improving efficiency and performance. Conduct experiments using electrochemical characterisation techniques to validate designs. Research cost-effective electrode materials to enhance cell performance. Collaborate on experimental studies and scale-up from lab to commercial scale. Prepare technical reports and communicate progress to stakeholders. Manage R&D pipelines, ensuring alignment with company goals. Support supplier management for electrochemical process components. Innovate through literature reviews and interviews to refine technology. Maintain rigorous safety standards and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials.
