The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of recruitment projects across energy and technology markets
- Building and managing candidate relationships
- Developing your understanding of client needs and market dynamics
- Identifying and engaging top talent
- Supporting business development activities and client meetings
- Working towards clear performance and progression targets
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate or 6–18 months experience in sales, recruitment, or a commercial role
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with people
