This is a full-time, on-site Referral Coordinator role based in Birmingham. The Referral Coordinator will be responsible for verifying insurance details, effectively managing telecommunication tasks, and supporting communication channels. Additionally, the role includes interacting with clients to facilitate referrals, ensure proper medical-related documentation is in place, and provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of clients and external partners.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Verification and understanding of Medical Terminology
