Birghtside Personal Training was founded over 15 years ago with a view of offering personal training that had a personal touch, in private, unintimidating settings to enable our clients to achieve their goals in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Since our inception, we have grown to a team of over 10 across 3 studios and developed an excellent reputation as one of the South Coast's leading training providers. This has resulted in long-term repeat customers and a wide-ranging client base covering professional athletes, busy professionals, busy parents, and retirees. We are able to offer bespoke training programmes alongside nutritional guidance to help clients reach their full potential.
We have supported many personal trainers in their careers, helping them progress from part-time roles to studio managers and full-time trainers. Due to ongoing success and a new NHS project, we are now looking to employ a personal trainer to join our established team. We can offer an immediate base of 10 training hours per week, with potential for expansion. You will be self-employed, paid hourly, with a generous bonus scheme and no rent charges.
Our team fosters a close-knit, family culture where we support our clients collectively, and there is no competition among trainers. You will receive regular feedback and mentoring from the studio manager, who is committed to supporting your career growth and helping you deliver excellent service.

- Someone with a Level 3 REPs or CIMSPA recognised personal training qualification.
- Enthusiastic, personable, and passionate about health and fitness.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing your schedule and booking clients via Google Calendar.
- Available for some evening sessions and willing to attend monthly team meetings.
If you are in an organization that feels too corporate, lacks care for clients, or has no team culture, we invite you to meet us and discover what we can offer you!
