We're seeking forward-thinking Psychiatrists who understand the magnitude of the need and want to be part of the solution. As a Collaborator, you'll practice with clinical autonomy, receive competitive compensation, and work flexible hours from anywhere while supporting our experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners with the latest tools—including a custom-built practice management EMR and clinical decision support.
Harvard-level Innovative Approach- Telemedicine: Direct-to-consumer access via telemedicine, including asynchronous case reviews, video consultations, and e-prescribing lowers barriers to high-quality, affordable care.
- Measurement-Based Care (MBC): We measure symptoms, adherence, and side effects weekly during the treatment phase and automatically trigger treatment reviews if patients are not improving, redefining the physician-patient relationship with proactive oversight.
- Machine learning-Robust Clinical Decision Support: Data match patients to medications for better outcomes. Using machine learning and real-time patient monitoring data, we build highly effective antidepressant prescribing support.
- Collaborate with experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners licensed across key states monthly or quarterly (depending on state).
- Evaluate patient records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication-related counseling as needed in a timely manner.
- Strictly follow security and HIPAA regulations to protect patient data.
- Fulfill state-specific laws as a collaborator in the state(s) contracted.
- Conduct provider evaluations, practice proper documentation review and assessment, and maintain high-quality records.
This is a very part-time, 100% remote, work-from-home position.
Requirements for Psychiatrist Collaborators- Be a board-certified, licensed Psychiatrist in good standing with your state medical board.
- Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense medications under applicable state and federal laws.
- Have excellent grammar, attention to detail, and be efficient at writing medical information at a patient level.
- Passionate about technology and artificial intelligence to innovate and improve patient care.
- Be pleasant, responsive, and willing to collaborate with our team.
