We're looking for an experienced IT Services Delivery Specialist to take ownership of technical delivery, support and develop our engineering team, and help create the structure, consistency and operational excellence that will enable us to scale. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on technical expertise with leadership, coaching and service delivery.
The Role
As our IT Services Delivery Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day service delivery, ensuring clients receive outstanding support while helping the technical team perform at their best. You'll act as the primary technical escalation point, manage service workflows and drive continuous improvement across our operations. You’ll work closely with leadership to shape how services are delivered, improve standards and processes, and contribute to the future growth of the business.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in IT support, managed services and cloud infrastructure
- Advanced Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft Defender knowledge
- Strong PowerShell and automation capabilities
- Experience in a Senior Engineer, Technical Lead or Service Delivery role
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for improving services and supporting others to succeed
