We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys creating order, keeping projects moving and ensuring every donor receives the exceptional experience they deserve. At the Saugeen Shores Hospital Foundation, we're growing and we're looking for someone who enjoys being the dependable person behind the scenes who helps make it all happen.

What you'll be doing

Your work will help ensure every donation is processed accurately, every donor record is complete and every campaign has the information needed to succeed.

  • Processing donations and maintaining our donor database
  • Preparing bank deposits and supporting our external bookkeeping partner
  • Producing donor, campaign and stewardship reports from Donorperfect
  • Preparing mailing lists, mail merges and fundraising mailings
  • Coordinating donor acknowledgements and tax receipting
  • Maintaining vendor records and administrative systems
  • Ordering office and event supplies
  • Supporting fundraising events with registration and administrative coordination
  • Preparing lottery, insurance and compliance applications
  • Greeting guests in the office and answering phone enquiries

Experience with DonorPerfect, Race Roster, QuickBooks Online, payment-processing platforms or nonprofit tax-receipting systems is considered a strong asset, but we're happy to train someone with strong administrative skills, excellent judgement and a willingness to learn.
