We’re currently recruiting for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join a growing engineering and construction business working across specialist civil engineering projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on project exposure, work alongside experienced professionals and build a long-term career within the industry.

The successful candidate will support across live projects from pre-start through to completion, gaining exposure to site operations, project coordination, technical documentation and client interaction.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting the delivery of live engineering projects
  • Assisting with planning, coordination and site operations
  • Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and clients
  • Assisting with project documentation and reporting
  • Attending site meetings and supporting senior engineers
  • Gaining exposure to health & safety, commercial and operational aspects of projects

We’re looking to speak with candidates who:

  • Have recently graduated in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Are organised, proactive and willing to learn
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Want long-term progression within the construction and engineering sector
  • Hold a full UK driving licence or are working towards obtaining one
