  • Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction, retention and long-term relationship development.
  • Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

About You

We are looking for a commercially focused and driven Business Development professional who is confident identifying opportunities, developing relationships and converting new business.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong experience in business development, lead generation and sales strategy.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and account development.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to analyse market trends, conduct research and identify commercial growth opportunities.

  • A confident and professional approach when dealing with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales-specific software.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
  • The ability to build long-term, commercially valuable client relationships.
  • Previous experience within the construction, commercial property, property maintenance or facilities management sectors, or experience selling services into these industries.

What's on Offer

  • Realistic OTE of £100,000+ - uncapped earning potential.
  • Car allowance.
  • Hybrid working - combination of home and office-based working.
  • Company pension.
  • Opportunity to join a growing business with significant commercial potential.
  • Opportunity to play a key role in developing and expanding the client base across the UK.

The Opportunity
