We are seeking a motivated and driven Delivery Consultant to join our busy Call & Contact Centre division based in Coatbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment and enjoys candidate management, sourcing, and building strong talent pipelines.
The Role
- Sourcing and screening candidates for call and contact centre roles
- Managing the end-to-end candidate journey
- Conducting interviews and shortlisting
- Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
- Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
- Supporting consultants with live vacancies
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment, resourcing or high-volume customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
