We are seeking a motivated and driven Delivery Consultant to join our busy Call & Contact Centre division based in Coatbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment and enjoys candidate management, sourcing, and building strong talent pipelines.

The Role

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for call and contact centre roles
  • Managing the end-to-end candidate journey
  • Conducting interviews and shortlisting
  • Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
  • Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
  • Supporting consultants with live vacancies

What We're Looking For

  • Previous recruitment, resourcing or high-volume customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Target-driven and motivated
  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple vacancies
