We are looking for a Customer Service Partner to join a leading brand in the construction and home improvement industry. The company has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality small commercial construction projects and home improvement services, such as full window refits and the construction of garden rooms. As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, and fostering long-term relationships with both commercial and residential clients.
Role Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service professionals, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
- Customer Support: Handle escalated customer inquiries, ensuring swift and effective resolution of issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement in the customer service process, implementing strategies to streamline workflows and enhance service quality.

Your Experience and Skills
- Customer Service Management: Proven experience in managing a customer service team, preferably in a related industry such as construction, home improvement, or facilities management.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism, finding solutions to complex customer queries and issues.
