Graduate Civil Engineer Full-Time | Permanent We’re currently recruiting for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join a growing engineering and construction business working across specialist civil engineering projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on project exposure, work alongside experienced professionals and build a long-term career within the industry. The successful candidate will support across live projects from pre-start through to completion, gaining exposure to site operations, project coordination, technical documentation and client interaction. The role will involve: Supporting the delivery of live engineering projects Assisting with planning, coordination and site operations Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and clients Assisting with project documentation and reporting Attending site meetings and supporting senior engineers Gaining exposure to health & safety, commercial and operational aspects of projects We’re looking to speak with candidates who: Have recently graduated in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline Are organised, proactive and willing to learn Have strong communication skills Want long-term progression within the construction and engineering sector Hold a full UK driving licence or are working towards obtaining one This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get real industry exposure within a supportive and growing environment.
