Responsibilities
- Oversee programs and activities in multiple classrooms.
- Mentor Teachers and Assistant Teachers within the center.
- Create developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
- Curate programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
- Partner with families to develop care and education plans for their children.
- Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
