What will you be doing?
As an Education Coach, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing educational quality across classrooms, staff, and equipment in multiple centers
- Ensuring compliance with state regulations and BrightPath standards
- Monitoring all aspects of learning activities to promote development for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children
- Providing classroom demonstrations, collaborations, and one-on-one support to educators
- Collaborating with Center Directors and Area Managers to observe classrooms, facilitate quality improvement, and provide professional development
- Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 5+ years of teaching experience
- Childcare mentoring or leadership experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver\’s license and reliable transportation for travel among centers
