What will you be doing?
As An Education Coach Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Overseeing educational quality of classrooms, staff, and equipment in multiple centers
- Ensuring compliance with state regulations and BrightPath standards.
- Monitoring all learning aspects of daily activities to promote infant, toddler, preschool, and school age development.
- Providing classroom-based demonstrations, collaborations, and one-on-one support to educators.
- Working with Center Directors and Area Managers to carry out classroom observations, facilitate center wide focus on goals for quality, and provide comprehensive professional development opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 5+ years teaching experience
- Childcare Mentor/Leadership experience an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid state Driver\’s License and reliable transportation for travel as needed amongst various centers
- Must meet state criteria for child care employment
