The LEAP School seeks enthusiastic, dedicated, and caring Teachers to join our teaching team. Full Time and Afternoon positions available for now, July and September, at our Lexington, Bedford, and Sudbury locations. We offer extensive training in a supportive learning environment and small class sizes. Sense of humour helpful!
Desired Qualifications:
- 1 year+ of experience teaching Toddlers
- College degree
- Certified Teacher, Early Childhood Education (ECE), or Child Development Associate (CDA)
- You must be EEC (Early Education & Care) qualified or in the process of becoming qualified.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.

Job Description:
- Design and implement curriculum for your toddler/preschool classroom
- Maintain your classroom environment to support the needs of your students
- Develop meaningful relationships with your students to allow you to individualise your teaching to meet their needs
- Collaborate with and support your fellow teachers on a consistent basis
- Use our communication tools to develop relationships with the parents of our students
- Fully participate in professional development opportunities including weekly supervision, ongoing trainings, paid planning time, staff meetings and curriculum meetings
- Contribute to our positive atmosphere with flexibility and your joy for teaching young children
