Job Responsibilities:
- Make a real difference to the transport network and the security of parking assets in the city.
- Work as part of a team of officers monitoring the city transport network in real-time.
- Identify incidents and use CCTV and other data streams.
- Work a shift pattern covering the 24/7 operation.
- Communicate with stakeholders, internal teams and external parties.
- Make independent decisions on escalation.
- Support incident response and supervise event management.
- Liaise with other teams to ensure accurate communication across the centre.
- Continually improve knowledge of transport network pressures, council carbon neutrality strategy and customer-focused operations.
- Communicate changes to a wide range of transport users.
