About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Head of School to continue providing an excellent standard of education while driving school improvement forward. You will be an outstanding teaching and learning practitioner with the skills to translate this into high standards and excellent attainment. Working alongside the Executive Head Teacher, you will translate a clearly articulated vision into action, lead and manage the school day‑to‑day, and work as part of a team managing the strategic direction of the school.
Responsibilities
- Be an effective and experienced senior leader with excellent management and organisational skills.
- Lead transformational change, working at pace alongside governors and staff.
- Have sound knowledge of education best practice and coach and support staff to ensure high quality teaching and learning.
- Monitor progress and performance to ensure every child and every member of staff achieves their best.
- Be innovative, working in partnership with our community, neighbouring schools, and the Local Authority.
- Be committed to equality and able to tackle barriers to learning and well‑being.
- Have a holistic focus on children’s well‑being to ensure a safe and inspirational learning environment.
