As our Lecturer in Property Services (within the Business Dept) you will:- Inspire and develop the next generation of estate agents and property professionals, helping students build the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for successful careers in the industry.- Create meaningful links with employers, estate agencies and property management organisations to enhance the curriculum, provide industry insight, and support learners' progression.- Support and motivate students to achieve their full potential through high-quality teaching and assessment, ensuring excellent outcomes, professional behaviours and career readiness.

What you will bring to the role:- Recent industry experience within an Estate Agency, Lettings, Property Management, or wider Property Services environment, with a strong understanding of current sector practices and trends .- A passion for developing future talent, with the ability to inspire, motivate and support students as they prepare for careers within the property and business sectors. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to create engaging learning experiences and build positive links with employers and industry partners.- Previous teaching, training, coaching or mentoring experience is desirable, but most importantly, you will have the enthusiasm, credibility and expertise to share real-world knowledge our students.
