Pro rata salary: £27,785 – £43,325 per annum (i. e. £13,892.50 – £21,662.50) | 18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year | Fixed term 12 months.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Lecturer in Sport to deliver outstanding teaching and learning to our sport students.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about sport education and committed to supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality sport lessons across a range of programmes, including 16‑19 provision and part‑time adult courses, and adapt teaching to support inclusive and engaging learning experiences for learners with diverse needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality sport lessons across a range of programmes, including 16‑19 provision and part‑time adult courses.
- Adapt teaching to support inclusive and engaging learning experiences for learners with diverse needs.
- Ensure a high standard of provision and a responsive approach to learners’ needs.
Qualifications
- Experience of working with SEND students.
- Understanding of Preparing for Adulthood agenda.
- Level 3 (or equivalent) in related subject.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of safeguarding vulnerable groups.
