As our Assessor in T Level Early Years, you will:
- Support students in developing their knowledge, skills, and behaviours throughout their programme, while assessing their ability to apply these skills within a real working environment.
- Use your industry expertise to help shape the next generation of Early Years professionals, applying theoretical and practical learning in practical work environments.
- Collaborate with colleagues and employers to meet learners' needs and achieve their potential.
- Effectively participate in, and comply with, all administrative aspects of awarding body requirements where required, alongside the College Quality Assurance and evaluation processes.

What you will bring to the role:
- Recent vocational experience in the Early Years Sector.
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years.
- Level 3 Assessor Award (TAQA or equivalent) or willingness to gain.
- Experience of using a range of assessment techniques to track, monitor and report on students' progress.
