What You'll Do:

  • Lead daily kitchen operations and supervise service across multiple sections.
  • Support or deputise for the Head Chef, depending on experience.
  • Help train and develop the wider kitchen team.
  • Assist with ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene (HACCP).
  • Contribute to exciting seasonal menus and bespoke event offerings.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive kitchen culture even when it's busy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Sous Chefs at all levels whether you've just stepped up or have years of experience.
  • A real passion for food, flavour, and presentation.
