We're looking for a strong Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant operation, build an exceptional floor team and deliver standout guest experiences in one of Brighton's most exciting beachfront venues. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality, loves leading from the floor and knows how to balance high standards with great energy.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day restaurant operation, overseeing service, team performance and guest experience while helping drive standards across the wider venue. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the restaurant team through busy services and peak trading periods
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences from start to finish
- Managing bookings, service flow and daily operations
- Supporting labour control, stock management and financial performance
- Training, developing and motivating the team
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues confidently
