We’re looking for a talented and driven Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen at Brighton i360 – one of the South Coast’s most iconic venues. Working alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef, you’ll help lead the kitchen team, deliver high-quality dishes, and ensure smooth daily operations across our busy restaurant, bar, and events service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, or a current Junior Sous looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, high-profile venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sous and Head Chef in daily kitchen management
- Take the lead during service in the Sous Chef’s absence
- Maintain excellent food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Help with staff training, rota support, and kitchen organisation
- Monitor food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in developing new menus and specials
