We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and play a key role in delivering fresh, high-quality food across our busy operation. Whether it's daytime café service, private events or seasonal trading, no two days are ever the same. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step in a supportive, fast-paced kitchen.
The Role
- Working alongside our Head Chef and wider kitchen team, you'll help deliver consistently high standards while keeping service running smoothly during busy periods.
- You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
- Running your section efficiently during service
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Supporting junior chefs and helping develop the wider team
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver smooth, organised service
- Contributing ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials
- Helping maintain a clean, safe and well-organised kitchen
About You
You'll already have experience working in a busy kitchen and enjoy the pace and teamwork that hospitality brings. You might already be a Chef de Partie, or a confident Demi Chef de Partie ready for your next challenge.
You'll bring:
- Experience working in a fast-paced professional kitchen
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
