We're looking for a hands-on, energetic Duty Manager who thrives in fast-paced hospitality and knows how to keep standards high while creating a great atmosphere for both guests and team members. This is a role for someone who loves being in the middle of the action leading shifts, supporting the team and making sure every service runs smoothly.
The Role
As Duty Manager, you'll support the day-to-day operation across the venue, helping lead the floor and ensuring excellent guest experiences across all areas of the business. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading shifts across the Attraction, events spaces, restaurant, bar, café
- Supporting and motivating the team during busy services
- Maintaining high standards across service, cleanliness
