We're looking for a strong Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant operation, build an exceptional floor team and deliver standout guest experiences in one of Brighton's most exciting beachfront venues.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality, loves leading from the floor and knows how to balance high standards with great energy.

The Role As Restaurant Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day restaurant operation, overseeing service, team performance and guest experience while helping drive standards across the wider venue.

You'll be responsible for: Leading the restaurant team through busy services and peak trading periods Delivering exceptional guest experiences from start to finish Managing bookings, service flow and daily operations Supporting labour control, stock management and financial performance Training, developing and motivating the team Handling guest feedback and resolving issues confidently Ensuring compliance, health & safety and licensing standards are maintained Working closely with senior management to drive performance across the site About You You'll already have experience leading restaurant teams in busy, high-volume hospitality environments.

You might currently be a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager or experienced Assistant Manager ready for a bigger challenge in a more dynamic venue.

You'll bring: Strong restaurant floor management experience Confidence leading large teams in fast-paced environments A hands-on, energetic and visible leadership style Excellent guest service and people skills Strong operational and organisational standards Experience managing high-volume trade A passion for hospitality, food, drinks and guest experience The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure Why i360?
