Duty Manager – Brighton i360
Brighton i360 is a unique venue located on Brighton’s seafront, hosting a restaurant, bar, café, events space, private hire, and visitor experience.
The venue is busy from daytime trade to sunset drinks, live events and weekend parties, and it never stands still.
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on, energetic Duty Manager who thrives in fast‑paced hospitality, keeps standards high, and creates a great atmosphere for guests and team members.
This role requires leadership on the floor, supporting the team, and ensuring every service runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts across the attraction, events spaces, restaurant, bar and café
- Support and motivate the team during busy services
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and operations
- Support labour control, stock management and daily procedures
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues confidently
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety standards
- Work closely with the senior management team to keep the venue running at its best
Qualifications
- Experience leading shifts in busy hospitality venues
- Hands‑on, positive and energetic approach
- Strong people and communication skills
- Confidence managing busy services and high‑volume trade
- High standards and strong attention to detail
