Right on Brighton's seafront, i360 brings together a restaurant, bar, caf , events space, private hires and visitor experience in one iconic destination.
From busy daytime trade and sunset drinks to live events, private parties and packed summer weekends, this is a venue that never stands still.
We're looking for a hands-on, energetic Duty Manager who thrives in fast-paced hospitality and knows how to keep standards high while creating a great atmosphere for both guests and team members.
This is a role for someone who loves being in the middle of the action - leading shifts, supporting the team and making sure every service runs smoothly.
The Role As Duty Manager, you'll support the day-to-day operation across the venue, helping lead the floor and ensuring excellent guest experiences across all areas of the business.
You'll be responsible for: Leading shifts across the Attaction, events spaces, restaurant, bar, caf Supporting and motivating the team during busy services Maintaining high standards across service, cleanliness and operations Supporting labour control, stock management and daily procedures Handling guest queries and resolving issues confidently Ensuring compliance, licensing and health & safety standards are maintained Working closely with the senior management team to keep the venue running at its best About You You'll already have experience in a busy hospitality/tourist environment and be confident leading teams in fast-paced services.
