This isn’t just tray-carrying and table-clearing. This is about presence, personality, and delivering stand-out moments on the seafront. Whether it’s the perfect serve, a witty comeback, or just knowing when someone needs that next round – you’ll be on it.

WHAT YOU\’LL BE DOING

• Owning your section and delivering warm, confident service
• Taking orders with clarity, energy, and maybe a little flair
• Knowing the menu inside-out (and upselling like a pro)
• Keeping the vibe high and the floor running smooth
• Being the face of the bar for every guest – first impressions matter

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality venue? Great. If not, bring the energy and we’ll teach the rest
• You’re switched-on, guest-focused, and all about creating great experiences
• You thrive in a busy environment and can handle pressure like a pro
