Sales Manager – Brighton i360£37,500 + 25% quarterly bonus scheme
The Brighton i360 is a leading visitor attraction in Brighton, offering unique experiences for guests of all ages. We are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue, attract new customers, and maximise corporate and group bookings. This role requires a proactive approach, with a strong emphasis on B2B sales, account management, partnership development, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase visitor numbers.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including corporate groups, schools, and tour operators.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness.
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses, tourism boards, and industry organisations to expand audience reach.
- Negotiate and secure group bookings, sponsorship deals, and long-term business contracts.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Implement a CRM system to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to tailor sales approaches.
Revenue Management & Promotions
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the attraction.
- Create and manage promotional campaigns, special offers, and group discounts.

Event & Trade Show Representation
- Represent the attraction at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions.
