Looking for a role where you can lead from the front and take ownership of a fast-paced, multi-function operation? At Brighton i360, we’re looking for a Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of the attraction, overseeing guest experience, food & beverage, retail and events. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll act as the senior manager on shift, ensuring smooth operations, high service standards and a safe, well-run environment across the whole venue.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll take responsibility for the operation during your shift, leading teams and coordinating all areas of the business. This includes:
- Overseeing daily operations across Brighton i360 and Drift Bar & Kitchen
- Leading shifts, including opening and closing procedures
- Acting as the central point of coordination between guest experience, F&B, retail and events
- Running daily briefings and aligning teams on priorities
- Monitoring guest flow, queues and overall service standards
- Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally
- Leading during busy periods and managing operational challenges or disruptions
- Supporting events, private dining and premium experiences
- Coaching and supporting team members to maintain high standards
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food safety and licensing regulations
- Monitoring performance, supporting sales opportunities and maintaining efficiency across shifts
You’ll be visible on the floor, leading by example and ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all areas.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor or Assistant Manager role
- Background in hospitality, leisure or a visitor attraction environment
- Confident leading teams in fast-paced, high-volume settings
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- A hands-on, proactive approach to leadership
- Good understanding of health & safety and operational standards
- Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and peak periods
