Based at our School Road Site, 21.5 hours per week working 5 afternoons per week from 2pm to 6.15pm. Term time only.
We are looking for an Afterschool Club Manager to work with our friendly and supportive team of afterschool club assistants.
Paid weeks per year: 45.05 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)
Start date: As soon as possible. 16 March, 23 March, or 13 April 2026
About the role
- Have relevant experience of leading the day-to-day management and organisation of an afterschool club.
- Be able to build good relationships with our children, parents, carers and other school staff members.
- Be flexible to demands of the role.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Have a firm and fair approach with children from Reception to Year 6 from our Infants and Junior schools.
- Have good inter-personal skills and a calm manner.
- Be either first-aid and Food Hygiene trained or willing to undertake similar training in the future which we will fund.
This is a federation post and successful candidates may be asked to work on one of our other sites in the future.
