Hours: 8:30 – 4 pm 3 days a week
Paid weeks per year: 47 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)

About the role
St Luke\’s Primary School is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Learning Mentor to join the inclusion team. Working alongside a team that includes a SENCO, an Inclusion Co-ordinator, another Learning Mentor and an Attachment Mentor, the successful applicant will have a good understanding of what can prevent a child from achieving their full potential and be able to work creatively with staff to make a difference to young people’s lives and overcome these barriers. At St Luke’s we place relationships at the centre of what we do and so our learning mentors need to be able to make strong positive relationships with all pupils, parents/carers and staff members.
Closing date: 9th February 2026
Interview date: Interviews: 12th/13th February 2026. Short-listing: 10th February 2026. Interviews will involve a short task with children and a formal interview.
