Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking an Asset Disposal Programme Manager to lead the new Asset Disposal team within Strategic Property, delivering a programme of land and property disposals to support the council’s financial strategy. This 2-year fixed-term contract is based at Hove Town Hall.
You will work with internal teams and external consultants, providing strategic direction on disposals, governance and risk management while ensuring targets and budgets are met.
