Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking a motivated Social Worker to join the Hospital Discharge and Response Team (DART) in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

You will work across sites in the city, carrying out Care Act and MCA assessments to support timely discharges and recovery planning.

Applicants must be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England and have completed ASYE.
