About the Role

The role requires significant experience in facilities management. Candidates must possess extensive knowledge of soft services operations, including cleaning, waste management, security and associated support services within a multi-site operational environment. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to soft services delivery, including health and safety compliance, risk assessment processes, and contractor control procedures.

Significant experience managing outsourced service contracts across large and complex property portfolios is essential, ideally within a public sector or customer-focused environment. Candidates must demonstrate experience in managing contracts, supervising service providers, and service improvement programmes.

A commitment to health and safety, equality, diversity and inclusion, customer service excellence, and the flexibility to work across multiple sites are essential for success in the role.
