Street cleansing Operatives are needed to keep all parts of the city clean for residents and visitors. The job involves:
- Litter picking
- Emptying bins
- Clearing weeds
- Fly-tipping clearance
- Deep cleaning
- Sweeping
- Pushing a barrow
One shift pattern is available: East and West AM 06:00 - 14:00 (Monday to Friday).
You will need to be able to walk long distances (7-10 miles a day), lift and carry awkward objects and heavy loads, and interact with members of the public. You don't need any special qualifications for this work.
