Patcham High School is seeking to appoint a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator β SEN to support our Special Educational Needs Team. Required to start 1 September 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. The working pattern is 37 hours per week, 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday β Thursday and 08:00 β 15:30 on Friday. Term time plus two additional weeks.
Salary: LGA Scale 5, points 13-17. Full-time salary Β£29,064 - Β£31,022; actual salary Β£26,470 - Β£28,253. This is a Fixed Term contract running until 31st August 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and confidential SEND records and databases.
- Coordinate annual reviews, EHCP consultations and SEND meetings.
- Prepare SEND documentation, referrals, assessments and statutory paperwork.
- Act as the main administrative contact for parents, carers, staff and external agencies.
- Support SEND reporting, data analysis and examination access arrangements.
- Manage departmental communications and the SENDCo inbox.
