Job description
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated School Office Administrator, to join our busy team as soon as possible.
Hours: 28 hours per week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am to 3.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Term time β required to work inset days.
Paid weeks per year:45.05 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)
Fixed term:12 months with a view to making a permanent position.
Start date:19th October 2026
About the Role
Responsibilities will vary but include:
- Reception duties
- Answering general telephone calls
- Pupil first aid/welfare duties
- School trip assistance
- Clerical/admin support
- General admin procedures
Experience required:
- ICT skills β Word, Excel, Internet
- Good communications skills
- Arbor β Knowledge of using software package (preferable but not essential!)
