You will work in partnership to reduce rough sleeping and help residents move into settled accommodation, applying the Housing Act 1996 and the Homelessness Reduction Act in a trauma-informed, person-centred way.
The role involves cross-service collaboration, home visits, and engaging with clients with complex needs.
