Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking a Housing Officer to manage a varied caseload focusing on complex ASB, tenancy enforcement, safeguarding and vulnerable residents. You will investigate complaints, assess risks, support victims and work with partner agencies to achieve outcomes.
This role is based on site in Whitehawk and runs 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities for tenancy management, estate inspections and ensuring safe, fair service delivery.
